Operation Restoration (OR) formed in 2016 and led by formerly incarcerated women, Operation Restoration’s (OR) mission is to support women and girls impacted by incarceration to recognize their full potential, restore their lives, and discover new possibilities.
Students will work within one of the many departments or programs at Operation Restoration in a diverse capacity ranging from administrative work, research, communications, direct-services, etc.
Students will learn valuable management skills, multi-tasking, interpersonal skills, working with marginalized communities, etc.

- People with low literacy
- People who are homeless or in transitional housing situations
- People dealing with mental or physical illness
- Victims of crime or violence
- People who are facing criminal charges or prosecution
- People with a criminal history
- People who have been incarcerated
